I think you're hoping for an MFF triad relationship (you, your husband, and a new lady), which is a wonderful thing if you can find it. But it's not easy to find! I have to say that. I see that you had a triad or something close to a triad awhile ago, and even though it didn't turn out very well in the end, I still think it's lucky that you had it while it lasted.
I can post some links with poly-friendly dating sites if that will help, and some links for finding local poly groups in your area. In the meantime, explore Polyamory.com in general; see what calls to you and don't hesitate to ask any questions. There's a great variety of wisdom and experience you can tap into here.
