Some of you know I am going through a breakup. I travel for work and I was lucky enough to be in Holland for 2 iterations of the poly meet in Leiden.
It was good to be at the meet, and to be able to speak about my situation. I felt validated , important, and listened to.
The meet was well done with exercises where we asked each other questions.
And then there was some free time too for informal chatting. I met some amazing people and even have new facebook friends now. What a lovely evening.
I am inspired and I think I will find some local meets near me in London now.
