Thanks for your reply. I've given polyamory some thoughts, in the past 5 years- basically pondering the pros and cons. I never really shared my thoughts with anyone, until recently. When I discussed it with my boyfriend in January, I was pleased to discover that he didn't think I was crazy. I actually didn't know that it had the label word 'polyamory', until I did some searching [online] and found this site. Have you had any successful polyamoristic relationships? I think that communication, honesty, respect and teamwork must be the keys to success. I think that a polyamory marriage/relationship could be very helpful and beneficial in raising children. As long as everyone is on the same page and that expectations are clearly defined. The whole idea really fascinates me.
