As per the title, I am almost new to both poly and this forum. I am saying almost because it is not too long since my partner and I opened our couple-- about 1 year or so. (I am terrible with dates and anniversaries in general
, thank god there is Google Calendar.) Also, I am almost new to the forum because I used, from the beginning of this path, to read/lurk here, finding a lot of new or old threads.
Till now, I would say opening up our couple is working pretty well. I am not measuring the success based on the number of partners/new relationships we have had after one year. That is clearly not the right metric. It is, for me, more the fact that we talk about everything a lot more, including our feelings and our desires, and this has had a huge benefit on our couple dynamic.
So, this message is to introduce myself and thank the forum for a lot of resources and precious experiences that have helped me on the rocky path.
