Alone, but never alone

Hey poly people! I am a 40-something bi-sexual, bi-amorous male currently living outside of Seattle, WA. I am tall and athletic, but nerdy and introverted at heart. I thrive on belongingness. I play volleyball and water polo with friends, and also run and swim by myself. I like playing board games or watching sci-fi or rom-com or psychological tv shows and movies. I cross-stitch and read and love working outdoors. I am not religious, but nature provides me spiritual connection. I believe community makes the world a better place. My dream is living in a tiny house community with my people, or being a caretaker for a large house shared by multiple polycules. I love strong but sensitive people - high EQ a must. I've got baggage from my past that I'm willing to share if you are open to not making permanent judgments based on previous failures. I've come a long way, let me share my authentic self. Life is a journey.

Greetings tripfinity,
Welcome to our forum. Please feel free to lurk, browse, etc.

You sound like an interesting person, I hope you'll realize your dream in the not-too-distant future. How long have you been poly? Do you have any questions for us? I'm glad you could join us.

Sincerely,
Kevin T., "official greeter" :)

Notes:

There's a *lot* of good info in Golden Nuggets. Have a look!

Please read through the guidelines if you haven't already.

Note: You needn't read every reply to your posts, especially if someone posts in a disagreeable way. Given the size and scope of the site it's hard not to run into the occasional disagreeable person. Please contact the mods if you do (or if you see any spam), and you can block the person if you want.

If you have any questions about the board itself, please private-message a mod and they'll do their best to help.

Welcome aboard!

Thanks for the welcome. I liked reading up on your story. I'm a big fan of the homesteading communal life.
