Hi,

I'm a 30 something trans man currently living in the UK.

I've not got a great deal of dating experience, as I didn't feel I could handle any kind of closeness before accepting being trans, however, since coming out I have been on a fair few dates and currently have been with a wonderful woman for six months...

I am lucky that Buddhism has influenced my life, so taking negative thoughts and looking at them objectively and finding the source of pain has really helped me. I feel I am learning a lot about communication and also about the issues I have, as well as learning to be kinder to myself. Being poly, I have put this way of thinking in to practice and I feel it is an approach to dating that suits me.

Sorry for the ramble! Felt I needed to get it out there...

I enjoy going to the gym, vegan cooking, music, film, socialising and am interested in gender, political stuff and identify as an anarchist. I'm also interested in kink, but relatively inexperienced. I identify my sexuality as pansexual, or demisexual.

Hope you are all having a lovely weekend.

Your ramble was okay by me, I was glad to learn more about you. I know you have a couple of other threads, and I'll try to get to them soon. Glad to have you with us!

Sincerely,
