I looked at your other thread and
responded there briefly. To summarize, I suggest you come right out to your wife and use the word "polyamory." Yes she can see that as you using an excuse, or as you using an official-sounding term to validate your orientation, but I think it's worth using the term because it's more direct. Meanwhile, I hope you'll keep reading and posting on Polyamory.com, and let us know whenever new questions for you come up.
