I am in an MFM V, we all three live in one house and have kitchen table poly, so probably somewhat similar to what you're looking for. We solve conflict in the same way monogamous couples do, with good old-fashioned communication. We don't have many boundaries other than if there's someone new we let the other two know. Anyway that's just a little about us, if you have any other questions let me know.
talk talk talk! set boundaries don't do anything you don't want to do ever! it all has to have fun and live life to the fullest. trust is a big thing but that takes a lot of talk and being comfortable in your skin.
