Hello from Germany

Hello there,
I'm 30, married (we've been together for 9 years), mother of two small children.
A couple of months ago, I presented the idea of opening our relationship to others to my husband, I started reading "More than Two" and now that we have started our journey into this new field I feel like I need to talk to people who are poly, for I don't know anyone in person who is (maybe I do but I don't know about it ;) ).

Greetings chamomile,
Welcome to our forum. Please feel free to lurk, browse, etc.

I read your other thread and responded there, I hope the feedback you had so far has been helpful. Poly is a complex relationship model, and communication about poly can be complex too.

Anyway, I'm glad you could join us.
Sincerely,
Kevin T., "official greeter" :)

Notes:

There's a *lot* of good info in Golden Nuggets. Have a look!

Please read through the guidelines if you haven't already.

Note: You needn't read every reply to your posts, especially if someone posts in a disagreeable way. Given the size and scope of the site it's hard not to run into the occasional disagreeable person. Please contact the mods if you do (or if you see any spam), and you can block the person if you want.

If you have any questions about the board itself, please private-message a mod and they'll do their best to help.

Welcome aboard!

Hey Kevin,
Thanks for the welcome.
I have seen the other responses and have got time to reply over there now. It's been a long and eye-opening day :) Seems like there's a lot to learn. I'm glad I found this place.

Hi Chamomile,
We have a regular member here from Germany - her username is Phy. She doesn't post as often as she used to because she has twin babies, but she has a blog here about her life in Germany, living with her husband and boyfriend. You can read her story here: Phy's story - As you like it (if you click on the link at top left where it says "User CP" it will take you to a Control Panel where you can set your default view to 40 posts per page - that makes it a little easier to read long discussion/blog threads).
