Introductions are difficult to write, but I'll give it a shot.
I'm a 36 year old man who lives in Kansas City. Lived here for a couple years now and I'm not sure I'm completely in love with the place but I do enjoy it. There is a town a little to the west that I'd like to go back to one day, Lawrence. Ended up moving to KC for work. Without giving away too much, I'm a Systems Engineer. Computing mostly. I only bring this up because it reflects how I think. I try to stay analytical, observational, and thoughtful. However, this comes with a downside, I can be a bit dry when I'm not in a silly mood. That being said, silly moods do come often. Isn't life better when you can just be goofy and have fun? Amazing as it is to hear for many people my age, no kids. Never really desired them.
My interests revolve around hobbies. I go through hobbies like some kids do candy. Electronics, computers, mushrooms, scifi, video games, board games, etc.. Basically anything to keep my mind occupied. Maybe I just enjoy learning new things? We'll go with that. I'm currently exploring the idea of programming some small video games or software. Seems like a worthy challenge.
Now for the side that brings us all here. Yes, poly. Of course! But... I don't have much experience. My adventure started with my GF. We met online and quickly fell for each other. She had a BF then and still does have the same BF. She already had experience in the kink scene and poly scene. Anyway, long story short, we now live together and her BF lives near us.
I'm sure many of you know all the emotions that I went through on this process. It's been difficult to work through but I'm managing, learning, and improving. I'm finally starting to put myself out there. I welcome any opportunity to further grow. I'd like to find a partner for myself and see if we can play the schedule game well! But, this isn't the correct forum for that. Look out for me in the personals section sometime soon hopefully.
