Hi everyone!

My husband, my partner and his two children live together on a farm in New Jersey. My husband also has a partner who lives outside the household. We are in our first year of figuring out how to be a poly household with shared love, space, time and finances.

Greetings Happy Farmer,
Welcome to our forum. Please feel free to lurk, browse, etc.

It sounds like you are off to a good start in learning to live a poly life. Your husband's partner who lives outside the household, do they often come by to visit? I'm just curious. In any case, it's good to have you onboard, and I hope you'll make yourself at home.

Sincerely,
Kevin T., "official greeter" :)

Hi Kevin! Thank you for your kind welcome and the good info links. My husband’s partner lives in another state and hasn’t visited us yet. My husband goes to visit her a couple of times a month. He recently started dating someone local though, so maybe I’ll be able to get to know her.

That sounds good. Long-distance relationships are always hard.

Hey, Happy! I’m also in NJ along with my gf and her husband (who are throwing a poly community bbq next month, to which you and yours are welcome to attend) and have some family friends who own a farm out in the greater Sparta area. I wonder if we know any of the same folk!
