Kevin's Hetero MFM Poly-Fi V

1:49 p.m., Monday the 2nd

Besides salmon, we also had seasoned potato slices from the oven, and a veggie mix: carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower. Snowbunny made us old fashioneds, also we had veggies (celery, carrots, and peppers) with hummus. It was a fun time. As always Stan went home right after dinner, he goes to bed early. After that, Brother-Husband, Snowbunny, and I watched another Better Call Saul episode. There's only two episodes left, and we'll be done with the series.

2:50 p.m., Tuesday the 3rd

For dinner yesterday we finished off the massaman curry, and chipped away at a couple of sides. Tonight BH and SB will have leftover fajitas, I will have the last two microwave burritos, and a salad. Eddie has a Rally practice tonight, I don't know whether dinner will be before or after that. Not much else to tell you at this time.

1:50 p.m., Wednesday the 4th

Dinner was after the Rally class, I think we all three had a salad. Today SB will take Eddie to the airport, where he volunteers as a stress relief dog for the travelers. On their way back, SB will pick up pizza from Dion's. Hopefully one pizza will be a 505. Not much else to tell you right now.

12:54 p.m., Thursday the 5th

One pizza was a 505, the other had pepperoni and mushrooms -- not bad. Today Eddie is getting a haircut, Ginger has Rally practice tonight. I don't know whether dinner will be before or after that.

2:10 p.m., Friday the 6th

Dinner was after that, we had clam chowder (Campbell's chunky), not sure what we'll have tonight. As it is Friday, we might watch a Better Call Saul episode, although I think SB has to be on call tomorrow (and Sunday). SB is away at the moment for a medical appointment (microderm abrasion I think it's called). This is all I have to tell you for the moment.

2:41 p.m., Saturday the 7th

BH and Stan are out on a (short? long?) road trip. Stan might come over later for dinner and a visit. Dinner last night was like pasta and turkey meatballs, only with those detestable rubber noodles. Today BH will get us takeout from Golden Pride. I will have a veggie burrito from there, that makes me very happy. We didn't watch anything yesterday, BH watched a baseball game, however SB and I went grocery shopping, and that was nice. She said I could get a bottle of tawny port, I could use some right now but I am resisting the temptation. If Stan comes over, SB will probably make me an old fashioned. Fingers crossed.

2:04 p.m., Sunday the 8th

SB made me a whisky and cola, and I was happy with that. She was quite tied up with work, so she was limited on how much time she could spend with BH, Stan, and me. She ended up working into the wee hours of the morning, I felt bad about that. They are doing major upgrades with their computers, and there are complications with that. As for BH and Stan, they went to various places in and around Albuquerque.

1:32 p.m., Monday the 9th

Correction, it wasn't whisky and cola, it was whisky and root beer. Either of which would have suited me fine. Yesterday, SB made another of those, two actually, the second of which was extra strong. Stan came over again, we did songs with the make/model of various cars in the titles. In our next challenge, as per BH, we will do songs with "Fire" in the titles. There is a lot of those, for the record. Yesterday's dinner was SB's famous rice/tuna casserole, topped with onion crisps. Not sure what we'll have tonight.

2:19 p.m., Tuesday the 10th

We each had a large salad with chicken and feta cheese. BH and I watched the second part of the new Joker movie after dinner. Not much else to tell you, Eddie has a Rally class tonight.

2:10 p.m., Wednesday the 11th

Dinner yesterday was noodles, gravy, mushrooms, and leftover meatballs. It wasn't bad. We also had Hawaiian sweet rolls. Eddie had his Rally class, he and SB got home around 7:30 p.m.

12:14 p.m., Thursday the 12th

For dinner SB made us a lentil soup, it was actually pretty good. It came in a bottle with all of the spices and most of the ingredients included. Anyway, we also had artisan bread, and blueberry muffins for dessert. The ingredients for the muffins came in a box, from Lehi Roller Mills which is local to where I grew up. Tonight Ginger has a Rally class (6:30-7:30 p.m.) and I think we're having salad for dinner, probably early, before Ginger and SB leave. This is all I have to tell you for the moment.

2:50 p.m., Friday the 13th

I heard that Ginger did really well in her class last night, it was the last of Thursday classes, so maybe Ginger and Eddie will go to class together on Tuesdays. In the meantime we had salads, today SB said we'd have tacos, also SB has been baking chocolate chip cookies. Tomorrow we might go on a road trip, but for now that is undecided.

7:50 a.m., Saturday the 14th

Thanks; we are indeed going on that road trip. I don't really celebrate any of the holidays; however, when I got up this morning, I encountered a bag of Ghirardelli milk chocolate hearts on the shelf above my bathroom sink. Not sure whether BH or SB gifted those to me, but it's a good present, I like milk chocolate a whole lot.

1:16 p.m., Sunday the 15th

We ate a heavy lunch at Garcia's Kitchen, then dropped Stan off early, as he was going to skip dinner, and BH was meeting someone to complete a sales transaction. Stan will come over today, after he gets off of work. SB said we'd have pork chops, or something to that effect, for dinner today. Not much else to tell you for the moment.

4:23 p.m., Monday the 16th

In addition to the pork chops (which were quite good), SB also steamed some carrots and cauliflower for us, and she seasoned some potato slices, sweet and regular, and cooked those in the oven. Stan went home right after dinner, and then BH, SB, and I watched the final episode of Better Call Saul. SB has today off as it is Presidents' Day. I'm not sure what we'll have for dinner.

12:24 p.m., Tuesday the 17th

We had mostly leftovers; SB made us Southwest-style salads from the taco fixings. Today I assume we'll have something quite basic (like microwave burritos), because the dogs (both I think) have a Rally class (starts at 6:15 p.m.). Not too much else to tell you at this time, I assume we'll have dinner right before SB and the dogs leave, but it's also possible we'll have dinner when they get back.

11:07 a.m., Wednesday the 18th

We had it before they left. I was surprised, SB made something rather involved, a pepper steak stir fry. She kind of ran out of time, and didn't get to finish hers. I guess maybe she finished it when she got back? Also she didn't have enough time to round up both dogs; just Ginger went. Nothing's on the calendar for today, so things should be less hectic.

12:50 p.m., Thursday the 19th

We had mostly leftovers last night, I had the remaining pork chops, sweet potatoes, and steamed veggies (carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower). BH and SB had plant-based "chicken," salads, maybe other sides. There was gluten-free Texas toast for all three of us. Tonight I think SB is planning to make us another stir fry, somewhat like Tuesday, but with different veggies.

2:37 p.m., Friday the 20th

I think the plan for tonight is, that we will have a short/easy dinner, probably microwave burritos, afterwhich SB and I will be in a hurry to get to Albertsons before their pharmacy closes, SB has (a) script/s to pick up. After that, we will grocery shop there. This assumes that we won't get a bunch of snow, I don't think we will although it was in the forecast SB has been following. BH has asserted that it won't snow, so he and she have had something of a locking of horns over it. Personally I hope BH wins the contest, although I don't plan to say anything about it.

12:05 p.m., Saturday the 21st

So it turns out, first SB and I went to pick up scripts and go grocery shopping; after that, SB went to Little Caesars to get us pizza. Today, BH and SB went out to do various errands, and to stop at some fun places. I just now helped the dogs to howl.
