Kevin's Hetero MFM Poly-Fi V

1:59 p.m., Wednesday the 26th

We had veggie chicken fingers, sweet potatoes, peas, and corn. Tonight Ginger has her weekly obedience class, so Snowbunny won't make anything fancy for dinner, we'll just have TV dinners. My dinner will be after 8:30 p.m., as I prefer to wait for Snowbunny to get back. Brother-Husband doesn't usually wait, but he might.

2:11 p.m., Thursday the 27th

A lot of the obedience class attendees were sick yesterday, so they canceled the class. They will add an extra week to the end of the series, so that will make up for it. In the meantime, SB had time to make dinner for us, so she made pasta and (meatless) meatballs. I don't know what the plan is for tonight, I think SB has a massage or a hair appointment. I guess BH is doing a grocery pickup (at Smith's).

4:53 p.m., Friday the 28th

Okay today is the day when he did the grocery pickup. Her appointment yesterday was a massage; her hair appointment is tomorrow. She said we'd eat dinner around 5:30 p.m., then go shopping at Total Wine (which makes me very happy). We are having TV dinners today, which is okay because I picked out a couple of different ones for myself. Dinner yesterday was meatless corn dogs, plus veggies and hummus.

12:21 p.m., Saturday the 29th

We had TV dinners plus naan, plus SB and I had peas. BH doesn't like peas, so he had corn. At Total Wine, I got Yukon Jack Permafrost, plus Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire. And a mini bottle of Jägermeister. All in all a successful trip. SB got various types of wine.

After we got back (from Total Wine), the three of us watched "El Camino." SB didn't like it because it kept jumping back and forth between past and present, she was not able to follow the end result. Hopefully she will like the "Better Call Saul" series.

2:57 p.m., Monday the 31st

Sam came over yesterday, for dinner and a visit, we had a lot of fun. We had tacos for dinner. Just before Sam went home (he turns in really early, and gets up really early), we showed him our new mailbox. The new mailbox has a lock on it, so that it can't be snooped into. A few weeks back some kid was rifling through the mailboxes on our street.

After Sam went home, BH and I watched the first of four episodes in a new series called "Adolescence." It is a 2025 British crime drama, the opening premise is that a 13-year-old boy is accused of murder. I'll say no more on that topic, I don't want to spoil it. It was pretty interesting, I would recommend it.

3:14 p.m., Tuesday the 1st

It's cool how they filmed the whole thing (Episode One) in one take. I'm interested in seeing the next three episodes.

1:02 p.m., Wednesday the 2nd

SB made us some kind of curry/stir-fry type of a thing for dinner yesterday. It was fairly spicy, which for BH means extremely spicy. For him, eating it was a test of endurance, but he passed the test. Tonight, Ginger has an obedience class, so dinner for SB and me at least will be somewhere around 8:30 p.m., and we'll just have TV dinners.

2:44 p.m., Thursday the 3rd

Turns out we just had leftovers, that was fine. SB left an hour or two ago with the dogs, they will be doing Barn Hunt Trials in Las Cruces. They'll be getting back somewhat late on Saturday. Hopefully the dogs will do well and have fun.

3:12 p.m., Friday the 4th

BH brought us Little Caesars for dinner for him and me last night. After dinner we watched Episode Two of "Adolescence." Still really good although I admit the British accent makes it hard for me to follow sometimes. BH was saying we'd watch the last two episodes tonight, also he was saying he and I would eat out at Red Lobster. Fingers crossed, knock on wood.

12:52 p.m., Saturday the 5th

As it turned out, we actually went to Olive Garden. Which was not a problem, I got lasagna, and BH got shrimp alfredo. After we got home from that, we watched the last two episodes of Adolescence. Really good show, amazing acting, considering that each episode was done all in one take. It was a pretty sad show though, especially at the end. There was a bit of question implied as to the perils of kids being online, and being potentially exposed to incel doctrines and whatnot. Anyway, I would highly recommend the series.

12:18 p.m., Sunday the 6th

We ate out again, yay! We went after SB (and the dogs) got home; Sam went with us. We went to a Chinese place -- Yummi House. It's one of the best Chinese places in the area. We didn't watch anything afterwards; SB had to work today. That's all I have to tell you for now.

3:23 p.m., Monday the 7th

Dinner last night was salmon, broccoli, and tomatoes -- it was good. After dinner, SB and I went grocery shopping. This is a good thing, I enjoy grocery shopping.

Tonight I guess we'll have microwave burritos -- not very exciting, but I'll have some spicy cheese on mine and I'm looking forward to that.

My anxiety levels today have spiked way up there -- fear would be a better word, dialed back a notch from terror. I don't know what I'm scared of. Everything I guess.

4:30 p.m., Tuesday the 8th

Tonight I guess we'll have Caesar salad, with strips of chicken in it. Meh, I am somewhat limited on how I like my chicken, but it looks like there'll also be croutons, and that helps. Not much to report on today, my anxiety levels are still a bit elevated, but not nearly as much as yesterday.

2:41 p.m., Wednesday the 9th

I don't know what we'll have for dinner tonight ... probably TV dinners, at 8:30 p.m., as today is Ginger's weekly obedience class. The extra time may give me the opportunity to do some Chess training. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

1:34 p.m., Thursday the 10th

The Chess thing went well enough. Oops, I forgot that SB had a corn beef and cabbage dinner simmering in the slow cooker. It was really good, corned beef is one of my guilty pleasures. Not sure what we'll have tonight, I think we'll have Polish sausage from the slow cooker tonight or tomorrow. Tomorrow is a Barn Hunt trial for the dogs, up in Farmington.

3:45 p.m., Friday the 11th

Last night we had sausage, combined with leftover cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onions. Today, SB is in Farmington with the dogs for Barn Hunt. I don't know when she'll get home, I'm not even sure she knows, as it depends on when they schedule the dogs to compete. She'll get home later today, perhaps late tonight. BH and I might be eating by ourselves, I think the plan is for him to get us takeout at Flying Star.

2:51 p.m., Saturday the 12th

BH got out of work early to go to a doctor appointment. He got home from that, and from Flying Star, at about 4:00 or 4:30 p.m., so he and I had dinner early. After dinner we started (two episodes) watching a new series, the Residence. It was pretty good, certainly interesting how they recreated the White House, a little over the top as far as credibility, but BH laughed and laughed. I would give it a C. Maybe a B minus. SB (and the dogs) got home during the second episode. Everyone was doing well, but she says she probably won't do the Farmington Barn Hunt in the future. They changed some things with the layout, and she didn't like it. The dogs did so-so at their events. Ginger gets easily distracted, so there's that.

BH and SB went out earlier today looking for special gravel for our new mailbox. After that, SB and I went looking for that some more, at a couple of pet/goldfish stores. No luck there, so SB will probably order it online. We also went to a local Whole Foods, for a few groceries. All in all a fun trip, well I had fun.

1:51 p.m., Sunday the 13th

For dinner last night, SB prepared salmon for us, plus asparagus and sweet potatoes. Today she's making chili in the slow cooker, it smells really good but I just hope the beans aren't crunchy. Word on the street is that Sam might come over today, for dinner and a visit. I would like that a lot.

After dinner last night, we watched a documentary on the 2011 Joplin tornado. It was quite good, although I feel bad about the destruction wrought on that town. It was called, "The Twister: caught in the storm," and included interviews with a handful of people who were directly hit by the tornado and miraculously survived.

After the documentary, BH and I watched another Residence episode.

2:15 p.m., Monday the 14th

Sam came over, and the chili was perfect, the beans were not crunchy. SB says that dinner tonight will be hot dogs and sweet potatoes -- meh. First world problems, right? Rainee will probably get her nails trimmed tonight. SB will do the trimming, I'll hold Rainee.
