I’m looking to talk to ppl who have experience with those who are new to poly. I’m monogamous and my wife is poly. This has been our setup since day one & I struggle with it. I’m looking for guidance not to be bashed or criticized for who I am…. Thank you

Welcome!

There's a great group of people here so feel free to ask any questions you have or share situations you are having trouble with. We can't guide you if we don't know how you are struggling.

Feel free to browse and even start a blog if you just want to share your experience

Greetings Jcane17,
Welcome to our forum. Please feel free to lurk, browse, etc.

You are in a mono/poly relationship, it is one of the hardest kinds of relationship to be in. I don't blame you for struggling with it. If there's any kind of guidance I can give you let me know, I promise not to bash you or criticize you for who you are. There is nothing wrong with being monogamous, any more than there is anything wrong with being poly.

Sincerely,
Kevin T., "official greeter"

There's a *lot* of good info in Golden Nuggets. Have a look!

Please read through the guidelines if you haven't already.

Note: You needn't read every reply to your posts, especially if someone posts in a disagreeable way. Given the size and scope of the site it's hard not to run into the occasional disagreeable person. Please contact the mods if you do (or if you see any spam), and you can block the person if you want.

If you have any questions about the board itself, please private-message a mod and they'll do their best to help.

Welcome aboard!

Our user guidelines do not allow bashing or harsh criticism. You might get some tough love now and then, but we will reprimand or ban people that are rude.
