Open marriage (on his side) semi-mono-poly

@kdt26417 Good morning! He just messaged me that I'm still his number one, so that's wonderful.
I have contacted my doctor and will be contacted by a psychologist within 2 weeks. So will take this and other trauma's with me and see how far I get with this. The thing is that the rational part of me understands everything and knows that he will always come back.
The emotional part is the thing that struggles.
 
I get what you are saying, you are saying that you understand open/poly in your mind, however you are unable to feel it in your heart. You need some time and space to sort all this out in your emotional center. The psychologist will probably help, now you just need to get through the next two weeks.
 
2 weeks turned out in a month.. The psychologist I tried to approach says (3 weeks later) that they can't help the complicatedness of my case.
Now my doctor has directed me to another institution. So.. We wait.
And there are so much more things in my head that I need to work on. I still cannot cope.
 
I'm so sorry to hear that the wait list to "get in" with somebody is taking so long. :(

I can imagine it to be super frustrating.

Hi Goddessvibes,

I'm sorry to hear about the delay in getting in with a psychologist. I understand if the first psychologist considers themselves out of their depth with your case, but they should have told you that three weeks ago. I'm very sorry that they didn't do that.
