32 Year old married female residing in Sydney, Australia

I just joined this website and created my fairly extensive profile, which I felt like I could continue to write into a novel.
I am a 32 year old African born European (German/ Spanish/ English/ Danish) residing in Sydney with my husband and only child.
I am on here with the intention of conversing with as many individuals as I can for as long as it may take until I meet either a straight male OR bi-sexual female (not couples) that I can make the required connection with to possibly develop into a polyamorous relationship. (I am in no hurry, my patience is frightening with this sort of thing).
I suppose for the more extensive version, read my profile, I recommend it.
Jip, that's it for now.:)

Hi from across the ditch : 😁

Greetings Sinclair,
Welcome to our forum. Please feel free to lurk, browse, etc.

You might be interested in starting a blog in the life stories board. It is a good place to write your novel. Just be aware that people probably won't give you advice on that board, unless you specifically request it. In general, I hope to read more of your posts, and am glad you could join Polyamory.com!

Sincerely,
Kevin T., "official greeter" :)

Notes:

There's a *lot* of good info in Golden Nuggets. Have a look!

Please read through the guidelines if you haven't already.

Note: You needn't read every reply to your posts, especially if someone posts in a disagreeable way. Given the size and scope of the site it's hard not to run into the occasional disagreeable person. Please contact the mods if you do (or if you see any spam), and you can block the person if you want.

If you have any questions about the board itself, please private-message a mod and they'll do their best to help.

Welcome aboard!

What a threatening greeting. I feel like a spider just moved in and set up shop.

I, for one, am in support of our new arachnid overlord.

I guess the term "frightening patience" can seem somewhat threatening.

That said, I rarely read profiles here, since we are not a dating site, just a place to come to share poly experiences, and get feedback and resources for learning more about polyamory. But I did read your profile, since you strongly recommended it. I also suggest you start a blog here, since you like to write and many of us love to read the blogs. Invite feedback on it. Also, you should comment on current threads and just get to know people.

I'd suggest reading Evie's blog, since she's in sort of your neck of the woods and has been very persistent in finding appropriate poly-friendly partners.

I am pretty sure the percentage of people who come here looking for partners is pretty low, since that's not the intent of the board. All ads for those seeking partners by posting in Intros, especially the ever-tiresome unicorn hunters, aka a straight guy and a bicurious woman seeking a hot bi babe to share, get immediately moved to the proper forum of Dating and Friendships. I have heard a time or two over the years (and I've been here almost since the beginning), where a long-term member actually struck up a relationship with another member over DMs. As for randos, no idea. Most of them are terrible writers/spellers and seem to be looking for hook-ups, as per usual.

Welcome to the forum. :)
