Hello hello!

My name is Bitty, like when you call something itty bitty. I'm 25, she/her pronouns, and I've been in and out of poly relationships since I was about 16. I've been in my current relationship for about a year, and my last one wasn't a super healthy type of polyamory so I'm unlearning and relearning a lot. My current partner is patient, loving, communicative, and I'm thankful for them every day.

I was kind of sheltered and had some not great things happen to me in my past, so I'm kind of only just now starting to live life and learn what it has to offer. I didn't even really start having good sex until I was 24 so I'm experiencing a lot of things for the first time!

I'm autistic and pretty shy so communication can be difficult for me, and I'm hoping maybe these forums can help me find the language and words to understand myself and the world around me a little better. I look forward to hopefully making some friends too!!!
 
Welcome. Enjoy reading the current threads in What's New, or you can search for specific terms. If you don't see enough info on something, you can start a new thread in the Poly Relationships Corner and ask questions. I'm glad your life is opening up.

I take it your current relationship is poly. I'm a bit on the autistic side myself, so I can appreciate your difficulties with communication and whatnot. You can definitely make new friends here, just keep reading and posting.
