I have been poly since October of last year, with a couple right now just need someone like me to talk to about things

Greetings HalloQu33n,
Welcome to our forum. Please feel free to lurk, browse, etc.

No problem, I'd be happy to talk with you, if you think that would help. You have been doing poly for a few months now, so you have some experience but are still pretty new to it. Poly can hurt or be confusing sometimes. Just having someone to talk to can help. If you want me to try to be that someone, just let me know.

Sincerely,
Kevin T., "official greeter" :)

Notes:

There's a *lot* of good info in Golden Nuggets. Have a look!

Please read through the guidelines if you haven't already.

Note: You needn't read every reply to your posts, especially if someone posts in a disagreeable way. Given the size and scope of the site it's hard not to run into the occasional disagreeable person. Please contact the mods if you do (or if you see any spam), and you can block the person if you want.

If you have any questions about the board itself, please private-message a mod and they'll do their best to help.

Welcome aboard!

You can start a thread if you have specific questions, over in the Relationships forum. You can read around the board by clicking What's New, and if you like a certain person's POV, you can DM them. Personally, I think the more opinions you get from a variety of members, the better, since different people will effectively handle problems in different ways, and what works for one person may not work for another.

Trying to do polyamory for the first time as a secondary in a triad is the absolutely hardest way to do it. We have some helpful articles and comprehensive merged threads about these kinds of dynamics here to inform you.
