3:16 p.m., Thursday the 18th

The ribs were really good, Snowbunny was disappointed because they weren't boneless, but I still thought they were excellent. Snowbunny also made us beans, guacamole salad, and chips with queso blanco sauce.

At 5:15 p.m. today, Rainee has a vet appointment. Kind of just a checkup (a "re-check"), but I feel bad for Rainee, I know she'll cry in the car. I guess we're getting pizza tonight, maybe Brother-Husband will pick it up?
 
SB sounds like SUCH a good cook!
 
2:13 p.m., Friday the 19th

She's a good cook indeed, she has certain dishes that she is famous for, but she also likes to try new recipes. Tonight it looks like we'll have something out of the slow cooker.
 
3:44 p.m., Saturday the 20th

We ended up having Polish sausage with veggies and sauerkraut. It was pretty good, although SB was disappointed with the sausage. I thought it was fine. After dinner BH and I watched a Six Feet Under episode.

Don't know what we're having for dinner tonight. BH and SB are working on some outdoor projects in the backyard, so they might be too tired to make anything at home. We'll see.
 
3:48 p.m., Sunday the 21st

I called it! SB ordered takeout via DoorDash. We had Greek food. I had a gyro, we all had baklava for dessert. I was quite happy about it all. BH went to bed early and we didn't watch anything. BH and SB have been working some more out in the yard, SB was thinking about taking me shopping today, but that might not happen if she's too tired from the yardwork. Then again, maybe we'll have DoorDash takeout again.
 
2:38 p.m., Monday the 22nd

Alas, no DoorDash, we just had leftovers and SB was still too tired to go shopping. So instead, she and I will go shopping today, she says for me to be ready to go at 4:30 p.m.
 
5:19 p.m., Tuesday the 23rd

We did our shopping, that went well. After that, BH and SB got us takeout at Chipotle. I was really happy about that, I got just what I wanted, a burrito with white rice, pinto beans, veggies, hot sauce, guacamole, and cheese. I don't know what we're having for dinner tonight, probably not takeout.
 
2:45 p.m., Wednesday the 24th

For dinner last night, SB did a sort of beef/broccoli stir fry type thing (with rice). It was pretty good. I know SB was pleased with how well it turned out. No idea what we're having tonight. That's all I have to tell you for now.
 
2:14 p.m., Thursday the 25th

We had veggie burgers for dinner last night, plus zucchini fries and cucumber slices. I don't know what we'll have tonight. SB is at a doctor appointment, it's probably something routine but I didn't ask.
 
5:50 p.m., Friday the 26th

We had veggie burgers again last night, plus zucchini fries and sweet potato fries. Today BH and SB are having quiche, I'm having leftover beef/broccoli stir fry (at my request). Not much else to tell you today.
 
1:45 p.m., Saturday the 27th

BH and SB went on a road trip today with our friend Sam. I don't know whether Sam will remain here after the trip, for a visit and maybe to join us for dinner. I think SB is going to make us some kind of chicken, it is in the fridge marinating.

After dinner last night, BH and I watched the first two episodes of "Homicide: New York." It's a good documentary miniseries so far.
 
5:50 p.m., Sunday the 28th

Dinner yesterday was somewhat disappointing. The chicken was coated with stuffing mix (right out of the box), and it was like a bunch of super hard croutons. I guess we're having leftovers tonight, and I guess that means more of that failed chicken recipe. Sigh -- first world problems.

Sam went straight home after the road trip, lucky him. After dinner, BH and I watched another Homicide episode. Today, BH and SB have been cleaning around the house, and doing various projects. SB and I went out to get some stuff from Lowe's and Dollar Tree for the projects. It was nice to get out of the house. While we were out we got a few snacky things at Sonic.
 
5:21 p.m., Monday the 29th

I got up later than usual today, and the forum has been extra busy, so I am just now getting around to updating this blog. Tomorrow I'll probably get a late start too, so we'll see if I get around to updating this blog then. To tell you the truth there's not much to tell you, there is a bit of a warming trend in the weather of which I am in favor. I don't know what we'll have for dinner, probably not takeout (although on Wednesday we'll probably have Subway).
 
5:11 p.m., Tuesday the 30th

For dinner last night, SB prepared salmon, veggie tamales, and broccoli. I had an ice cream sandwich for dessert, and I think there's still one more I can have tonight. I got a late start today, but the forum has been less busy so here I am. Not much else to tell you at this time.
 
2:50 p.m., Wednesday the 1st

Someone has been editing my posts, and for the record, I object in the strongest terms to receiving this service. I am a writer myself, with considerable experience, and I have my own reasons (which I'm not obligated to explain) for what I post and how. I know when and why I write a long paragraph, I know when I want to add a paragraph break and when I don't. When I do add a paragraph break, I know perfectly well whether I want it to be a single carriage return or a double carriage return. I know when (and why) I mean for my sentences to end in a period rather than an exclamation point. And I certainly know when I mean "one off" rather than "one-off." Apparently these are not minor issues, because this micromanaging has been going on for some time and there's no end in sight. If anything it's getting worse. Whoever's doing it, knock it off.
 
1:41 p.m., Thursday the 2nd

SB is gone to get a haircut, when she gets back, she will take me to get a haircut. Tomorrow, BH's mom and brother will fly out here from Michigan, and will stay for four days. BH and his brother share a birthday on Sunday.

Yesterday, SB took Ginger to a Barn Hunt practice. On the way back, she got subs for us at Subway. Not much else to tell you, I have been pretty stressed-out lately. SB made me some weed brownies yesterday, I am keeping them under my sink.

I've been so upset for the last few days that I've been unable to sleep. I don't know what to say that hasn't already been said, I feel violated.
 
Hello, Kevin. Like powerpuffgrl1969, I rarely post. Please help me to understand. How can someone without access to your account edit your posts? Do you mean that someone has been posting "corrections" or other editing-related comments to your blog here (that you must have deleted, since I don't see them here)?
